Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) is one of the most well-known and highly valued functional mushrooms. Our mushrooms are cultivated on carefully selected organic substrates at our farm in Schleedorf, Salzburg, and at partner farms in the surrounding region.
For our premium extracts, we use exclusively the fruiting bodies — no mycelium. Extraction is carried out using our gentle low-temperature process to maximise the bioavailability of the bioactive compounds.
