2. General
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the sale and delivery of goods by our company. By activating the checkbox in the shopping cart prior to placing an order (“I have read and accepted the GTC”), the buyer agrees to these terms.
Our offers are non-binding. An order placed by a fully legally competent customer (aged 18 or over) constitutes an offer to enter into a purchase contract. A purchase contract is only concluded upon delivery of the goods, dispatch of an order confirmation, or another declaration of acceptance. All offers presented on the website are valid while stocks last.
3. Contract Language
Contract processing and all further information are provided exclusively in German.
4. Prices
All prices stated include statutory VAT and any applicable shipping costs. These are displayed in the shopping cart before conclusion of the contract and recorded in the order confirmation.
Any applicable export or import duties are borne by the buyer. Further information can be obtained from your relevant customs office.
Customers outside the EU: No VAT, however national import duties apply. Business customers within the EU: No Austrian VAT upon presentation of a VAT identification number; VAT is to be paid in the country of domicile.
Invoices are issued in euros.
5. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Withdrawal Policy
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins upon receipt of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal: All payments received will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal declaration. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund may be withheld until we have received the goods back or proof of their return has been provided.
6. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card (MasterCard, Visa via Stripe): charge is made within one week
- Advance payment: payment within one week of order confirmation
- Cash: euros only
- PayPal
- SOFORT bank transfer
7. Default in Payment
In the event of default in payment, we are entitled to charge default interest in accordance with statutory provisions.
8. Reminder and Collection Costs
In the event of default in payment, even if not the fault of the customer, the customer is obliged to bear appropriate and proportionate reminder and collection costs.
9. Default in Acceptance
In the event of default in acceptance (for business customers), we reserve the right to charge storage fees of €0.10 per calendar day.
10. Retention of Title
We retain title to the delivered goods until full payment has been received.
11. Data Protection
Your data is used exclusively for processing your order. For further details, please refer to our privacy policy.
12. Warranty, Liability, Guarantee
The statutory warranty period is 24 months from receipt of the goods.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. Mandatory national consumer protection provisions of the EU apply to consumers.
14. Place of Performance for Business Transactions
The place of performance for all contractual obligations is our registered office.
15. Copyright
All messages, graphics, and the design of our website are intended solely for the personal information of our customers and are protected by copyright.

17. Delivery
Delivery is made by post or parcel delivery service. If not all ordered items are immediately available, those that are available will be dispatched promptly, with remaining items following as soon as they become available. Shipping costs are charged only once per order, even in the case of partial deliveries.
For customers with a residence in Austria, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the transport company (does not apply to customers residing outside Austria).
18. Delivery Times
Delivery by us is subject to our own correct and timely supply, and provided that any non-availability is not our responsibility. Unless otherwise agreed or stated on the product, we deliver promptly upon receipt of your order, subject to availability. If the standard delivery time cannot be met, we will notify you automatically by email. Should the customer not agree to the delayed delivery, they are entitled to withdraw from the contract without restriction.

20. Workshops
Registration: Registration is required for all events and may be made verbally or in writing. Early registration helps ensure the event takes place.
Binding nature of registration: All registrations are binding and obligate payment of the participation fee regardless of attendance, subject to the cancellation terms.
Payment: The workshop fee is to be transferred prior to the start of the event to the following account:

Cancellation: Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the course begins. For later cancellations, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee applies. For cancellations within 48 hours of the course start, the full course fee is payable. Nomination of a substitute participant is welcome. A change of date may be made up to 7 days before the course begins.
In exceptional cases, alternative arrangements may be agreed upon.
Liability: Participation in the workshops and farm tours offered is voluntary. Each participant bears full responsibility for themselves and their actions within and outside the group. Participants release the event organizers from any liability, as well as the owners of the event venue. Participants are personally liable for any damage caused.
21. Storage of Contract
The contract text is stored by us and can be requested by you after the ordering process is complete. You can print the order data immediately after submission, either from the subsequent “Your Order” page or from the “Order Confirmation” email.
22. Miscellaneous
The contracting party waives the right of set-off. This does not apply to consumers. We recommend that declarations, notices, etc. addressed to us — with the exception of defect notices — be made to us in writing. Voluntary code of conduct: www.guetezeichen.at
